Think about the next UPSC Exec Team. Every time you think of a good idea, everything we do something that works well for UPSC, think: how will they know to do this next year? Make a note of it somewhere on the Google Drive.

There are 3 key ways to get everyone to commit to doing their job.

1. Make everyone want to be a part of the team by making it fun. You have to invest in team socials and make UPSC fun for the exec team. You have to have a balance between work and fun.

2. Give team members a say in decision-making. People are more likely to take responsibility for something if they feel empowered and if they get to make decisions. If someone has a good idea, let them take a lead role on that idea and see it through to its completion.

3. Think about what benefits UPSC Exec Team members get from volunteering their time. Think about ways to help each other. Add each other on LinkedIn, make sure everyone has their name, photo, and bio up on our website. Give everyone a chance to develop their leadership skills by being active in planning different events.
